Refund policy
Welcome to Aashre. By placing an order, you agree to the following refund and return terms.
Returns
We accept returns only for:
- Damaged products received at delivery
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the package
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory proof.
- Product must remain unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and business protection reasons, the following are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Used products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized/personalized items
- Orders returned without approval
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval by our team.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject suspicious or fraudulent claims
- Deny refunds if sufficient proof is not provided
- Charge restocking or shipping fees when applicable
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Initiating false chargebacks or payment disputes after successful delivery may lead to legal action and permanent banning from future purchases.
